Cadence Contracting was formed in 2007 with the idea to offer personal Landscape Management services to HOA communities. We wanted to not only provide a high level of service, we wanted to build relationships with the communities we serve. In order to meet these two goals we made it our priority to be on site three to five days per week. This commitment allowed us the opportunity to know the property extremely well and build relationships with those living in the community. This allows us and the community an additional benefit of efficiency and effectiveness. In 2014 we expanded lawn care, tree care and landscaping services to residential clients.

 

In 2015 we changed our name to Cadence Ecologics. In 2017 we changed our name again to Core Lawn and Tree Care which we felt better refleced our brand. Moving forward to 2022, Tend Tree & Turf was born out of a mutual dissolusion of Core. As we move into this new business name we believe we have achieved our goals with those we serve. We hope to develop new relationships with individuals and communities who are interested in a different approach to HOA Plant Health Care and Landscape Management.
